How to Report

Email security issues to general@cendawantech.com with:

  • Affected URL or feature.
  • Steps to reproduce.
  • Impact and proof-of-concept details.
  • Your contact information for follow-up.

Scope

This policy applies to public systems and services operated by CendawanTech, including our primary website and associated web applications.

Responsible Testing Rules

  • Do not access, alter, or delete data that does not belong to you.
  • Do not use denial-of-service, spam, or social engineering attacks.
  • Do not publicly disclose vulnerabilities before coordinated remediation.
  • Test only what is necessary to validate the issue.

Our Commitment

  • Acknowledge valid reports as quickly as practical.
  • Assess severity and prioritize remediation.
  • Provide updates where possible during investigation.

Safe Harbor

We will not pursue legal action for good-faith security research that follows this policy, is limited in scope, and avoids harm to users, systems, and data.
